Eine wichtige Voraussetzung vorweg: wenn Sie zuhause Tiervögel (Kanarienvögel, Papageien, etc.), Geflügeltiere (Hühner, Puten, ...) oder Reptilien (Schlangen, Bartagame, etc.) halten, können wir Sie leider nicht beschäftigen. Das Risiko einer Krankheitsübertragung wäre zu groß.

Zur langfristigen Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Brütereiarbeiter/in Damit aus den Bruteiern gesunde Küken schlüpfen, bedarf es eines professionellen Teams, das bei jedem Arbeitsschritt motiviert bei der Sache ist. Auch die geschlüpften Küken benötigen ausreichend Zuwendung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Umgang mit Küken und Eiern in der Brüterei

* Kükenkartons zusammenbauen

* Wasch- und Reinigungstätigkeiten mit dem Hochdruckreiniger

* Reinigung der Küken-Fahrzeuge

Was Sie mitbringen:

* Grundlegende Deutsch-Kenntnisse, damit wir erklären können was zu tun ist und worauf zu achten ist.

* Selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit

* Gewillt, eine körperliche, nasse Arbeit auszuführen - das Reinigen der Brutmaschinen mit dem Hochdruckreiniger ist eine nasse Angelegenheit.

* Verständnis für Sauberkeit und Hygiene, da die Brüterei aufgrund der empfindlichen Küken hygienisch sauber gehalten werden muss.

* B-Führerschein, da unser Betrieb nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden kann.

Was Sie wissen sollten:

* Sie arbeiten in einem erfahrenen und sympathischen Team, das sich für den Betrieb einsetzt und neue Mitarbeiter miteinbezieht.

* Die familiäre Atmosphäre im Betrieb bietet ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld mit Du-Kultur, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und offenen Ohren für kreative Lösungen

* An Schlupftagen gibt's eine Jause vom Chef

* Küken sind Frühaufsteher, deshalb starten wir um 5 Uhr in der Früh, sind dafür an vielen Tagen auch schon etwas früher mit der Arbeit fertig. Diese Flexibilität ist mitzubringen.

* Wenn Sie einen fahrbaren Untersatz brauchen, bietet der Betrieb ein E-Auto zu günstigen Konditionen an.

* Wenn Sie gerne Verantwortung übernehmen, gibt es bei uns ausreichend Möglichkeiten sich weiterzuentwickeln.

Was wir im Gespräch vereinbaren können:

* Ein Einstiegsgehalt von € 1.900,- brutto/Monat

* Anpassung des Stundenausmaßes: von 20-40 Stunden/Woche ist alles möglich.
