Jouw werkzaamheden als Branch Manager Project Cargo Als Branch Manager Project Cargo stuur je medewerkers aan op twee locaties (Rotterdam en Moerdijk). Locatie Rotterdam richt zich op de commerciële ontwikkeling en wereldwijde coördinatie van complexe projectladingen voor onder andere industrie, energie, offshore en zware machinebouw. Moerdijk is gespecialiseerd in de operationele uitvoering van machine- en equipmentstromen, waaronder transporten vanuit internationale veilingen, opslag, douaneactiviteiten en multimodale exportzendingen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepele en toekomstgerichte bedrijfsvoering van de Project Cargo afdeling. Je volgt internationale ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete plannen voor het komende jaar en de jaren daarna. Daarbij houd je altijd de doelen van de organisatie en het budget in zicht, zodat de afdeling goed presteert en klaar is voor de toekomst. Je stelt duidelijke doelen voor de afdeling en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Je volgt de voortgang, bespreekt resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarbij ben je continu bezig met het verbeteren van processen, samenwerking en prestaties. Deze functie heeft een sterke commerciële focus.
