Easy Life is een snelgroeiend dienstenchequebedrijf van Antwerpse bodem met een gezonde growth mindset. Onder het motto ‘work hard, play hard’ ondersteunen we gezinnen in heel België met hands-on huishoudhulpen. Ons kantoren- en klantennetwerk? Groots. Onze ambities? Mogelijks nog groter!

Om deze groei mee te verwezenlijken, zijn we op zoek naar een kantoorverantwoordelijke in Westmalle die geen uitdaging uit de weg gaat. Zin om deel uit de maken van onze Easy Life-familie met ruim 5000 collega’s? We schuiven graag een stoeltje bij!

Als kantoorverantwoordelijke ben je de CEO van een lokaal dienstenchequebureau.

Klanten opvolgen, cijfers beheren, een kantoor managen van A tot Z, … Een Easy Life-kantoorverantwoordelijke is een ondernemende en organiserende duizendpoot met een talent voor leidinggeven. Zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken? Yes please! Naast het begeleiden en coachen van de huishoudhulpen en consulenten, ben je zelf een hardwerkende schakel op kantoor. Knallende targets stellen en ze met glans behalen, is dan ook helemaal jouw ding.

Kartrekker, coach, people manager, client advisor, … Jij bent het allemaal!

Een lokaal Easy Life-kantoor runnen vraagt om de juiste capaciteiten op de juiste plaats. Daarom zoomen we niet in op je diploma’s, maar peilen we naar je veerkracht, drive en groeimentaliteit. Kantoorverantwoordelijke, iets voor jou? Let’s see!

  • Jij hebt de papierwinkel onder controle, staat klanten vlot te woord en tackelt klachten of vragen met glans. Commercieel én administratief? Een gouden combo! Jij kan vlot overweg met courante computerprogramma’s. Een achtergrond in HR of sociale wetgeving zijn bonuspunten! Lange to-dolijsten, pittige planningen, personeelsperikelen, … Jij houdt het hoofd koel in stressvolle situaties. Jij werkt graag flexibel en een afwisselend takenpakket houdt je scherp! Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en schakelt gemakkelijk over naar het Frans en/of het Engels. Jouw communicatiestijl? Kordaat maar correct, en uiterst klantvriendelijk.
