Wir suchen 1 Brand & Content Manager_in VAYA hat ein klares Ziel: Wir entwickeln uns zur führenden KI-unterstützten Hotelgruppe Europas. Nicht irgendwann, sondern jetzt. In jeder Abteilung und besonders im Digital Marketing Team.

Als Brand & Content Manager_in bist Du die visuelle Stimme von VAYA - Du konzipierst und produzierst Foto & Film, baust unser Collateral-System auf, entwickelst Merch-Produkte und sorgst dafür, dass jedes unserer 30+ Häuser auf den ersten Blick unverwechselbar VAYA aussieht. Du bist Gestalter, Geschichtenerzähler und Marken-Hüter in einem.

Deine Aufgaben

Brand & Grafik

* Gestaltung von Digital- und Printmedien

* Einhaltung und Prüfung von Corporate Design & Brand Consistency auf allen Kanälen

* Aufbau und Pflege von Collateral-System

* Gestaltung und Koordination von Point of Sale Materialien

* Professioneller Einsatz von KI im Design (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway)

* Merch Shop: Produktdesign & Sortimentsaufbau

* Umsetzung und Durchsetzung der Brand Guidelines

* Operative Schnittstelle zu den VAYA Hotels

Foto & Film

* Shooting-Organisation & Art Direction

* Koordination von Freelance Fotograf_innen & Video-Editor_innen

Dein Profil

* Starkes Portfolio (Grafik)

* Sichere Kenntnisse in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

* KI-Affinität: Midjourney, Firefly, Runway oder ähnliche Tools

* Eigenständige Shooting-Koordination (Foto & Video)

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

* Gespür für moderne alpine Ästhetik und Markenwelten

* Erfahrung mit Collateral-Produktion

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
