Dan is de rol van Brand Lead General Staffing misschien iets voor jou.

Je houdt je bezig met de verdere ontwikkeling van onze General Staffing-divisie. Je kijkt naar wat werkt, waar kansen liggen en waar we kunnen verbeteren.

Je werkt daarvoor samen met onze regio's en kantoren, maar ook met sales, marketing en operations.

Je maakt plannen, analyseert resultaten, deelt best practices en helpt teams om commerciële kansen beter te benutten.

Tegelijk hou je voeling met wat er beweegt in de interim- en staffingmarkt en vertaal je relevante ontwikkelingen naar onze business.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bepaalt mee waar we naartoe willen en volgt op wat er gebeurt.

  • Je maakt per brand een jaarplan met duidelijke prioriteiten en doelstellingen en volgt de resultaten op.
  • Je analyseert de prestaties van onze kantoren en bespreekt met de regio's waar groei of verbetering mogelijk is.
  • Je werkt samen met KAM, BDM en de regio's aan commerciële opportuniteiten, tenders, cross- en upselling en nieuwe business.
  • Je brengt in kaart wat goed werkt in onze kantoren en zorgt ervoor dat succesvolle aanpakken ook elders gebruikt worden.
  • Je ondersteunt kantoren bij de verdere ontwikkeling van hun General Staffing-activiteiten en helpt hen om hun commerciële en inhoudelijke expertise te versterken.
  • Je volgt de interim- en staffingmarkt en onze concurrenten en signaleert nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Je denkt mee over nieuwe diensten en commerciële initiatieven en brengt feedback uit de markt naar de juiste collega's binnen Synergie.
  • Samen met Marketing werk je aan kandidateninstroom, campagnes en de zichtbaarheid van General Staffing.
  • Je brengt collega's uit verschillende regio's en divisies samen om ervaringen en kennis uit te wisselen en zorgt ervoor dat goede ideeën en werkwijzen niet verloren gaan.
  • Je deelt je inzichten en resultaten met het management en de regio's en bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor General Staffing.

Je kijkt naar het grotere plaatje, maar blijft dicht bij de praktijk van onze kantoren, klanten en kandidaten.

We zoeken iemand die de uitzendsector echt kent. Je hebt voldoende ervaring om snel te begrijpen wat er speelt in een kantoor en tegelijk de afstand te nemen om naar de business over verschillende regio's heen te kijken.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de uitzendsector, interim of staffing.
  • Je hebt bachelor- of masterdenkniveau.
  • Je hebt een goede commerciële feeling en begrijpt wat nodig is om klanten, kandidaten en omzet te laten groeien.
  • Je kunt cijfers en resultaten interpreteren en daar concrete acties aan koppelen.
  • Je bent sterk in het overtuigen en meenemen van collega's en stakeholders.
  • Je kunt een aanpak duidelijk uitleggen, presenteren en verdedigen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de markt en volgt ontwikkelingen binnen staffing, recruitment en HR.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende teams en regio's.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans is een grote plus, gezien je over heel België werkt.
