Werk je met grote klanten binnen de uitzendsector en ben je klaar voor de volgende stap? Hou jij van kennis delen, netwerken en ervoor zorgen dat goede ideeën ook in andere kantoren terechtkomen?

Dan is de rol van Brand Lead Large Accounts misschien iets voor jou.

Als Brand Lead analyseer je de resultaten, zie je waar het goed loopt en waar kansen liggen. Samen met de regio's en kantoren vertaal je wat goed werkt naar een aanpak die ook in andere kantoren kan worden toegepast.

Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met sales, marketing en operations. Je maakt plannen, werkt mee aan tenders en commerciële opportuniteiten en houdt voeling met wat er speelt bij grote klanten en in de markt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt een jaarplan voor Large Accounts, bepaalt de prioriteiten en volgt de voortgang op.
  • Je analyseert resultaten van onze kantoren en brengt in kaart waar groei en verbetering mogelijk zijn.
  • Je werkt samen met kantoren aan concrete actieplannen en ondersteunt hen bij de verdere uitbouw van hun Large Accounts.
  • Je brengt goede praktijken in kaart en vertaalt die naar praktische werkwijzen, draaiboeken en tools die ook in andere kantoren gebruikt kunnen worden.
  • Je deelt je kennis met collega's en helpt hen om sterker te worden in hun aanpak van Large Accounts.
  • Je werkt samen met KAM en BDM aan business cases, tenders en commerciële opportuniteiten en detecteert kansen voor cross- en upselling.
  • Je gebruikt cijfers en informatie over klanten, kandidaten en kantoren om kansen zichtbaar te maken en daar acties aan te koppelen.
  • Je volgt de markt en concurrentie binnen Large Accounts en staffing en vertaalt interessante ontwikkelingen naar kansen voor Synergie.
  • Je werkt samen met Marketing aan kandidateninstroom, campagnes en de zichtbaarheid van Large Accounts.
  • Je brengt collega's die met Large Accounts werken samen over de regio's heen en bouwt een community waarin kennis en best practices worden gedeeld.
  • Je werkt mee aan nieuwe diensten en commerciële initiatieven en brengt feedback uit de markt naar Innovation.
  • Je bent een inhoudelijke en commerciële sparringpartner voor collega's, regio's en management.

Je kijkt naar het grotere plaatje, maar blijft dicht bij de praktijk van onze kantoren, grote klanten en kandidaten.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die de uitzendsector goed kent en ervaring heeft met Large Accounts. Je begrijpt hoe de business werkt en kunt die ervaring vertalen naar een aanpak die over verschillende regio's heen werkt.

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen de uitzendsector, interim of staffing en kent de werking van Large Accounts, Key Accounts of inhouse staffing.
  • Je hebt een opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau.
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële feeling en weet kansen te herkennen bij klanten en in de business.
  • Je kunt cijfers en resultaten analyseren en deze vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Je denkt kritisch, ziet snel waar iets beter kan en durft een onderbouwd standpunt in te nemen.
  • Je kunt collega's en stakeholders overtuigen en meenemen, ook wanneer je hen niet rechtstreeks aanstuurt.
  • Je kunt informatie en ideeën duidelijk overbrengen en presenteren en deelt graag wat je weet.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar wat er beweegt bij grote klanten en in de markt en volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen actief op.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende teams, regio's en kantoren.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans is een grote plus, gezien je over heel België werkt.
