Votre mission

Aux côtés du Manager, vous contribuez au bon déroulement de chaque journée et veillez, avec l'ensemble de l'équipe, à offrir un service de qualité à nos clients.

Au quotidien, vous êtes amené à :

  • soutenir le Manager dans l'organisation du magasin ;
  • contribuer à la coordination des activités et des priorités de la journée ;
  • accompagner l'équipe sur le terrain ;
  • accueillir, renseigner et conseiller les clients ;
  • participer à la mise en rayon et au réassort ;
  • travailler en caisse ;
  • participer à la prise et au suivi des commandes ;
  • réceptionner et décharger les marchandises ;
  • veiller à la bonne tenue et à l'organisation du magasin ;
  • intervenir là où l'équipe a besoin de vous.

Chez nous, prendre des responsabilités ne signifie pas s'éloigner du terrain. Vous participez pleinement à la vie du magasin et montrez l'exemple au quotidien.

En tant qu'Adjoint Manager, vous accompagnez le Manager dans le fonctionnement quotidien du magasin et êtes un véritable relais auprès de l'équipe.

Organisation, clients, rayons, caisse, marchandises... vous gardez les mains dans l'opérationnel tout en prenant davantage de responsabilités au sein du magasin.

Votre profil

Vous aimez le contact avec les clients, le travail en équipe et les environnements où les journées ne se ressemblent pas.

Vous êtes organisé, réactif et capable de prendre des initiatives. Vous savez identifier les priorités et garder votre calme lorsque plusieurs choses doivent être gérées en même temps.

Vous êtes également à l'aise pour communiquer avec vos collègues, les accompagner dans le quotidien et contribuer à une bonne dynamique d'équipe.

Quelques connaissances en bricolage sont un atout. Comme pour l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs, nous ne vous demandons pas de tout connaître : les compétences et affinités de chacun se complètent au sein du magasin.
