Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung

* Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen

* Laufende Abstimmung von Konten sowie Pflege der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesens

* Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Verwaltung und Pflege buchhaltungsrelevanter Stammdaten

* Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Kund_innen, Lieferant_innen und Behörden

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS, Lehre Bürokauffrau/-mann) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

* Buchhaltungskenntnisse bis zur Rohbilanz

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit sowie serviceorientiertes Auftreten

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
