* Zu Ihrem Arbeitsalltag gehören klassische buchhalterische Tätigkeiten wie Kontenabstimmungen, Saldenbestätigungen sowie die Kontierung und Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen.

* Sie bereiten eigenständig Zahlläufe vor und führen diese termingerecht durch.

* Im Debitorenbereich kümmern Sie sich um die Klärung offener Posten einschließlich des Mahnwesens.

* Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses.

* Sie übernehmen die Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Garantien.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HLW, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung ist von Vorteil, ebenso eine abgelegte Buchhalterprüfung - aber kein Muss

* Sie bringen sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse mit und arbeiten sich rasch in neue Systeme ein.

* Eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen zeichnen Sie aus.

* Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und treten offen sowie kommunikativ auf.
