Wir suchen dich:

Deine Aufgaben:

º Laufende Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank, Kassa)

º Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen

º Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

º Mahnwesen und Abstimmungsarbeiten

º Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rechnungswesen

º Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung und internen Ansprechpartner:innen

Das bringst du mit:

º Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS, Lehre Bürokauffrau/-mann, Buchhaltungsprüfung)

º Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

º Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

º Voraussetzung von Kenntnissen mit dem BMD-NTCS (Module FIBU, AMBU, WWS)

º Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

º Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

Deine Wochenstunden und dein Gehalt:

º Wir bieten ein vorläufig befristetes Angestelltenverhältnis von 9 Monaten (1. Monat ist ein Probemonat) im Ausmaß von 20 Wochenstunden ab sofort.

º Die Basis bildet der Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich, Verwendungsgruppe 6. Das sind derzeit im Jahr mindestens

€ 2867 brutto bei 37 Wochenstunden (bei Berufseinstieg). Vordienstzeiten werden gemäß Kollektivvertrag angerechnet.
