Gehalt:

Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt ab EUR 2.492 brutto monatlich. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben als Buchhalter:in:

- Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung

- Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

- Verbuchung der laufenden Geschäftsfälle

- Kontrolle, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen

- Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen

- Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs

- Kontenabstimmung und Kontenpflege

- Mahnwesen

- Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen

- Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung

- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rechnungswesen

Das bringen Sie als Buchhalter:in mit:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, Lehre Bürokauffrau:mann oder vergleichbar)

- mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Buchhalter:in, Mitarbeiter:in Buchhaltung, Sachbearbeiter:in Buchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen

- Buchhalter:innenprüfung von Vorteil

- Gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung

- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

- Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen (z. B. BMD, DATEV oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
