Das erwartet dich

* Ein strukturiertes, digitales Arbeitsumfeld, in dem du deine Erfahrung rasch eigenverantwortlich einbringen kannst

* Du verantwortest die laufende Buchhaltung bis zur Rohbilanz für einen dir zugeordneten Klient:innnestamm aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, für ein effizientes Arbeiten

* Du erstellst die UVAs und laufende Meldungen sowie Auswertungen und Reports

* Moderne digitale Unterstützung begleitet dich dabei: TPA Connect mit OCR-Erkennung, automatisierten Beleg- & Bankauszugsverbuchungen sowie weiteren smarten Tools

* Wertschätzender Austausch im Team und regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit Klient:innen, Behörden und Kolleg:innen gehören zu deinem Arbeitsalltag

Das bringst du mit

* Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung - idealerweise in der Steuerberatung

* Du bist digital affin und nutzt moderne Tools und Apps selbstverständlich, um deine Prozesse effizient zu gestalten

* BMD NTCS beherrschst du sicher, und kennst dich gut in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, aus

* Buchhaltung ist für dich mehr als ein Job - du arbeitest gerne genau, strukturiert und mit hoher Serviceorientierung

* Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich & professionell - mit Klient:innen, Behörden und Kolleg:innen

* In Stoßzeiten behältst du Überblick und Ruhe - und weißt, wie wichtig ein teamorientiertes Miteinander dann ist
