Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Firmenstandort Wels ab sofort 1 BUCHHALTUNG (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachbuch)

* Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der monatlichen UVA's (In- und Ausland)

* Abwicklung des Mahnwesens

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Laufende Erstellung von Auswertungen (u.a. Statistik Austria, etc.)

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen

Fachliche & persönliche Kompetenzen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Buchhalterprüfung wünschenswert)

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung (vorzugsweise Projektgeschäft und/oder internationales Umfeld)

* Sorgfältige, selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Zahlenaffinität und wirtschaftliches Verständnis

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohes Maß an Diskretion

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft auch über den klassischen Aufgabenbereich hinaus zu unterstützen

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position richtet sich nach dem KV für Angestellte im Handel (Gehaltstabelle neu). Je nach konkreter Einstufung (Beschäftigungsgruppe und Berufsjahre) liegt das Mindestgehalt bei mindestens EUR 3.300,00 brutto (auf Vollzeitbasis) pro Monat und wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung individuell gemeinsam festgelegt.
