Als Buitendienstmonteur Machinebouw ben jij het visitekaartje van de organisatie bij klanten over de hele wereld. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, in bedrijf stellen en onderhouden van geavanceerde verwerkingsmachines en complete productielijnen op locatie bij klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig of samen met collega's aan technisch uitdagende projecten en zorgt ervoor dat de machines optimaal functioneren. Daarnaast train je klanten in het gebruik en onderhoud van de apparatuur en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en oplossingen. Je reist regelmatig naar binnen- en buitenland en combineert technisch vakmanschap met klantgerichtheid en probleemoplossend vermogen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Het installeren en in bedrijf stellen van machines en productielijnen bij klanten wereldwijd; - Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan geavanceerde verwerkingsmachines; - Het oplossen van technische storingen en het adviseren van klanten over optimaal gebruik; - Het trainen en instrueren van klanten in het bedienen en onderhouden van de apparatuur; - Het rapporteren van werkzaamheden en het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden; - Het onderhouden van contact met de technische afdeling en het delen van kennis en ervaringen.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je volgt gerichte trainingen en cursussen om je technische kennis en vaardigheden verder uit te breiden. Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol als Senior Servicemonteur of Technisch Specialist, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor complexe projecten en het begeleiden van collega's.
