Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste buschauffeurs om het team van onze klant in Dilbeek te versterken!

?? Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als buschauffeur Lijndiensten?

  • Je start je dag 15min voordat je dienst begint in ons filiaal in Huizingen, met een koffie of thee, en bekijkt rustig je dienst van de dag;
  • Je werkt in verschillende uurroosters, af en toe ook in een service coupé;
  • Je haalt je reizigers op aan hun haltes en helpt ze bij hun vragen onderweg;
  • Je werkt voor een onderaanneming van De Lijn.

Profiel

?? Wat verwachten wij van jou voordat je begint aan deze job als buschauffeur?

  • Je hebt een passie voor rijden en geniet van de vrijheid op de baan, dit natuurlijk met de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin en gevoel voor veiligheid;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs D of DE. Nog maar pas je rijbewijs behaald? Geen probleem! Wij zorgen ervoor dat je helemaal klaar bent om de eerste keer écht op de baan te gaan;
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, andere talen zijn steeds een pluspunt;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldige code 95 en medische keuring;
  • Je kan een attest goed gedrag en zeden voorleggen;
  • Je staat open voor een wisselend uurrooster.

Wat je van ons krijgt

??Wat kan jij van ons verwachten na je indienstname als Buschauffeur?

  • Een uurloon aangepast aan jouw ervaring (vanaf 19,15 euro/uur). Heb jij reeds anciënniteit bij De Lijn of een andere Belgische vervoersmaatschappij? Deze anciënniteit wordt mee berekent in je uurloon.
  • Extralegale voordelen: Vanaf 10 werkdagen per maand: Bruto lijnpremie van 183,82 euro + ARAB-vergoeding van 57,83 euro per maand; Maaltijdcheques; Premies voor weekendwerk: zaterdag aan 125% en zondag aan 200%; Rijd jij tussen 20u-06u? Dan krijg je een nachtpremie van 1,89 euro; Eindejaarspremie, hospitalisatieverzekering en een pensioenplan;
  • Geschenkcheques van 35 euro per jaar;
  • Overuren worden betaald vanaf 10u/dag of 50u/week;
  • Gratis openbaar vervoer (bus & tram) voor het hele gezin;
  • Tal van opleidingen om van jou dé beste chauffeur te maken;
  • Een job in goed en hecht gezelschap, met deskundige collega's die je passie voor rijden delen en elke dag het "veilig samen uit, samen thuis" gevoel uitdragen.
