Jij vertaalt hun behoeften naar heldere requirements en user stories, zodat het development team ermee aan de slag kan. Je bent het gezicht van de organisatie bij de klant. Je bouwt relaties op met stakeholders en helpt ze tot goede beslissingen te komen. Daarnaast denk je mee over verbeteringen in processen en systemen. Geen opdracht is hetzelfde. Je werkt voor verschillende klanten en divisies, en ziet direct wat jouw analyses opleveren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Requirements ophalen bij de klant en vertalen naar user stories en functionele ontwerpen - Bedrijfsprocessen en workflows in kaart brengen met BPMN - Stakeholders helpen hun doelen, prioriteiten en verwachtingen scherp te krijgen - Product backlogs structureren en refinements begeleiden - Development teams ondersteunen bij het verduidelijken van requirements - Meedenken over en meegaan met testscripts - Workshops faciliteren met verschillende doelgroepen - Verbeteringen signaleren in processen en bestaande systemen Over de organisatie Deze organisatie is een internationale IT dienstverlener met een sterke positie in Nederland.
