The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven business analist om het digitaliseringsprogramma van onze organisatie te versterken. Als business analist speel je een sleutelrol in het vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete verbeteracties. Je vormt de brug tussen de eindgebruikers en de ontwikkelteams.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verzamelen en analyseren van businessbehoeften via een diepgaande behoefteanalyse.
  • Opstellen van heldere specificaties en documentatie voor ontwikkeling en implementatie van ICT-oplossingen.
  • Adviseren van stakeholders zoals product owners, proces owners, ontwikkelaars en IT-architecten op een onderbouwde manier.
  • Ondersteunen van opstellen testscenario’s en acceptatiecriteria voor UAT en end-to-end testen alsook helpen bij voorbereiding van datamigratie.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en consistentie van oplossingen doorheen de hele projectcyclus.
  • Leiden van werkgroepen met focus op samenwerking tussen het business- en het ontwikkelingsteam.
  • Rapporteert regelmatig aan de projectmanager en/of programmamanager digitalisering over de status van analyses en lopende acties.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol of kan aantonen dat je in je huidige rol al sterk analytisch werkt (procesverbetering, projectwerking, data- of kwaliteitsopvolging, opstellen van businesscases,…)
  • Je kan gebruikersbehoeften uitschrijven in een heldere en gestructureerde analyse.
  • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en in staat te oordelen op basis van gefundeerde afwegingen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en handelt in lijn met de organisatiewaarden.
  • Je bent klantgericht met oog voor detail en opvolging.
  • Je kan de (vaak individuele) belangen van stakeholders overstijgen en de gebruikers centraal te stellen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de inhoudelijke werking van de Agentschappen en bereid je snel in te werken in andere diensten van de Agentschappen.
  • Ervaring met dienstverlening Samenleven van de agentschappen is een pluspunt.
