Vivaldis Office zoekt Business analist- Processoptimalisatie- Teamlead sales afdeling

Wat moet je doen?

  • Je stuurt het commerciële binnendienstteam aan en coacht de medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking. (motiveren, werkverdeling, versterken, ... )
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling, bewaakt de kwaliteit en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen: je helpt bij het klantencontact Je maakt offertes op Orderverwerking
  • Je optimaliseert bestaande processen en stroomlijnt de samenwerking tussen de binnendienst en het magazijn.
  • Business analist: Zo ga je de doorlooptijden, orderverwerking,... verbeteren!
  • Opzetten rapporten, dashboards
  • Borgen KPI
  • Je bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties op de Europese markt en daarbuiten!

Profiel

Wat heb je te bieden om deze job te scoren?

  • + 2 jaar ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol binnen een commerciële dienst of customer service.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk
  • Ervaring met rapportering, procesoptimalisatie
  • Je bent een sterke people manager, organisatorisch sterk en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je bent hands-on, analytisch en brengt graag structuur aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een mooie plus!
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 of een ander ERP-systeem? Dat is een extra troef!
