In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het stroomlijnen van onze interne data- en applicatiestromen. Jouw werkdag is gevarieerd en gefocust op verbinding:

  • Je brengt de bestaande bedrijfsprocessen helder in kaart en bepaalt waar en hoe data het beste kan stromen om onze efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Je vertaalt complexe businessvragen naar heldere technische specificaties, zodat de developers direct aan de slag kunnen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met zowel interne teams als externe softwarepartners zorgt ervoor dat de integratie van onze systemen vlekkeloos verloopt.
  • Je test en valideert nieuwe koppelingen grondig om te garanderen dat de data tussen het ERP, de website en de productieomgeving foutloos wordt uitgewisseld.
  • Proactief spoor je knelpunten of integratiefouten op en los je deze op, waardoor onze systemen altijd up-to-date en operationeel blijven.

Profiel

Om te schitteren als Business Analyst kijken we verder dan alleen een indrukwekkend cv; we zoeken vooral een pragmatische denker met een gezonde dosis teamgeest.

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een IT- of economische richting, of je hebt deze kennis opgebouwd door relevante ervaring in de praktijk.
  • Ervaring met applicatiebeheer, monitoring en het projectmatig uitrollen van software-implementaties is jou niet vreemd.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een vlotte communicator die moeiteloos schakelt tussen technische experts en business-stakeholders.
  • Een sterke affiniteit met Dynamics365, Powerplatform of Azure is een grote troef die je direct kunt inzetten.
