Als Business Analyst & Finance Coördinator word je een belangrijke sparringpartner van onze algemeen directeur.

Je helpt onze organisatie vooruit door cijfers, data en financiële informatie om te zetten in inzichten, adviezen en onderbouwde keuzes. Je kijkt mee naar waar we vandaag staan, maar vooral naar waar we morgen naartoe willen.

Je bent niet bang voor een stevige Excel, een uitdagende analyse of een directievraag die begint met: "Ik heb eens zitten denken..."

Jouw uitdagingen:

Jij wordt een belangrijke sparringpartner voor onze algemeen directeur en het managementteam.

Je duikt in cijfers, analyses en processen, maar verliest nooit het grotere plaatje uit het oog. Je helpt ons begrijpen waar we staan, waar kansen liggen en welke richting we best uitgaan.

Jij:

  • bouwt dashboards en rapporteringen die écht gebruikt worden;
  • analyseert cijfers, detecteert trends en legt verbanden;
  • werkt budgetten, forecasts en meerjarenplanningen uit;
  • ondersteunt strategische projecten en organisatieontwikkeling;
  • werkt business cases uit voor nieuwe ideeën en investeringen;
  • volgt samen met het financieel team de financiële processen op;
  • bewaakt cashflow, investeringen en financiële risico's;
  • zoekt mee naar manieren om slimmer, efficiënter en eenvoudiger te werken.

Kort samengevat? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze cijfers niet alleen kloppen, maar ook iets te vertellen hebben.

Je hoeft niet spontaan enthousiast te worden van elk Excelformuletje. Maar wanneer cijfers een interessant verhaal beginnen te vertellen, ben jij waarschijnlijk wel nieuwsgierig naar de rest.

Verder:

  • beschik je over een masterdiploma of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • heb je minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd;
  • heb je een sterke kennis van financiële analyse, rapportering en budgettering;
  • werk je vlot met Excel en BI-tools;
  • is ervaring met Exact mooi meegenomen;
  • kan je complexe informatie begrijpelijk uitleggen;
  • combineer je een analytische blik met strategisch inzicht;
  • ontdek je graag kansen, opportuniteiten en verbeteringen;
  • werk je zelfstandig, maar zoek je ook actief de samenwerking op.
