Aufgaben

* Nutzer- und Business-Anforderungen aufnehmen, analysieren und als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Produktentwicklung aufbereiten

* Funktionale sowie übergeordnete technische Spezifikationen für Entwicklung, Test und Implementierung erstellen und ein gemeinsames Verständnis sicherstellen

* Geschäftsprozesse kontinuierlich analysieren, bewerten und optimieren: harmonisieren, automatisieren, Effizienz steigern und Abhängigkeiten im Blick behalten

* Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Stakeholdern gestalten: bei Vertragsverhandlungen unterstützen, SLAs aus Anforderungen ableiten, Bestellungen genehmigen und Rechnungen prüfen

* Branchen- und Technologietrends beobachten, Potenziale bewerten und Empfehlungen für sinnvolle Einführungen geben

* Meetings, Workshops und Schulungen organisieren und moderieren, um Klarheit zu schaffen und Teams zu tragfähigen Ergebnissen zu führen

Qualifikationen

* Mind. 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle

* Logistik-Erfahrung von Vorteil, besonders Outbound/Letzte Meile sowie Retouren- und Reklamationshandling

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft

* Stark im Stakeholder-Management: Du strukturierst komplexe Anforderungen verständlich und übersetzt sie in

klare IT-Anforderungen - mit Blick auf die strategischen Ziele

* Sicher in agilen Methoden und Projektmanagement-Tools, idealerweise mit Jira und Confluence

* Kenntnisse in BPMN und Prozessmodellierung von Vorteil

* Teamorientiert, konstruktiv, verbindend; du hörst genau zu, hinterfragst Annahmen und willst Bedürfnisse wirklich verstehen

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
