Ben jij geboeid door de combinatie van IT, bedrijfsprocessen en digitalisering? Wil je een centrale rol spelen in het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van onze bedrijfsapplicaties? Dan ben jij misschien de Business Applications Specialist die wij zoeken.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, testen, optimaliseren en documenteren van onze bedrijfsapplicaties. De nadruk ligt op ons Warehouse Management System (WMS), maar je beheert eveneens ons ERP-systeem en MES die de brug vormt tussen ERP en productie.

Je fungeert als schakel tussen de business en ICT en zorgt ervoor dat onze systemen optimaal aansluiten bij de operationele behoeften van logistiek, productie en andere ondersteunende afdelingen.

Als Business Applications Specialist binnen Westlandia ben je verantwoordelijk voor het:

  • Functioneel beheer van onze bedrijfsapplicaties met focus op WMS, aangevuld met ERP en MES.
  • Analyseren, testen en implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten en wijzigingen.
  • Identificeren van verbeterkansen en optimaliseren van processen en applicaties.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van rapporteringen, dashboards en KPI-overzichten.
  • Uitwerken van gebruikershandleidingen, procedures en documentatie.
  • Opmaken van functionele analyses en functionele ontwerpen.
  • Vertalen van businessnoden naar concrete functionele oplossingen.
  • Ondersteunen, adviseren en opleiden van key users en eindgebruikers.
  • Naast je kernverantwoordelijkheden neem je samen met twee collega's deel aan een gedeelde ICT gebruikersondersteuning.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van externe softwarepartners.
  • Actieve deelname aan digitalisatie- en verbeterprojecten.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een IT-gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een functie rond applicatiebeheer, business applications of functionele analyse.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met WMS-, ERP- en/of MES-oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met functionele analyses, testen en documentatie.
  • Kennis van logistieke en productieprocessen is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in het Nederlands om onze gebruikers goed te kunnen ondersteunen.
  • Je bent een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte teamspeler.
  • Ervaring met SQL, rapporteringstools en systeemintegraties is een pluspunt.
