Over de rol Als Business Controller speel je een sleutelrol in de besturing en financiële controlcyclus van de divisies binnen een zorgorganisatie met een duidelijke maatschappelijke missie. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom planning & control, businesscases, begrotingen en managementinformatie - maar bovenal draag je bij aan slimmere besluitvorming en een gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Je werkt samen met collega- Business Controllers en adviseert zowel directie als management over financiële en organisatorische ontwikkelingen. Flexibiliteit en samenwerking staan centraal: je kunt tijdelijk worden ingezet binnen verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie, waardoor je snel schakelt tussen thema's en divisies. Wat je gaat doen - Adviseren van management over financiële en organisatorische vraagstukken - Bewaken en toetsen van de realisatie van afdelings- en organisatiedoelen - Opstellen van analyses, prognoses, financiële planningen en businesscases - Vertalen van financiële data naar heldere, inzichtelijke managementinformatie - Deelnemen aan kennisbijeenkomsten met collega's binnen het bredere controlteam Wie jij bent Je bent analytisch sterk, hebt oog voor zowel cijfers als mensen en weet complexe informatie op een toegankelijke manier over te brengen.
