Functieomschrijving Als Business Controller ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de business en lever je stuurinformatie die direct bijdraagt aan betere prestaties binnen de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het financieel en operationeel inzicht binnen de regio en fungeert als businesspartner van de regiomanagers en regio directeur binnen deze regio. Daarnaast ben je ook de business partner voor een aantal ondersteunende diensten. Je analyseert financiële en operationele resultaten, signaleert trends en verbeterkansen en vertaalt data naar concrete adviezen. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de planning- en control cyclus, waaronder het budget- en forecastproces. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van Power BI- rapportages en dashboards. Je voert zowel gevraagde als ongevraagde analyses uit en weet inzichten op een duidelijke manier over te brengen naar verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een team bestaande uit 3 Business Controllers en 2 Business Analists. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden als Business Controller: - Businesspartner voor jouw regio en een aantal ondersteunende diensten - Analyseren van financiële en operationele resultaten en vertalen naar stuurinformatie - Actieve bijdrage aan budget- en forecastproces - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van Power BI dashboards en rapportages - Maken en opvolgen van investeringsaanvragen en business cases - Uitvoeren van zowel gevraagde als proactieve analyses - Deelnemen in organisatie brede projecten Wat bieden wij jou - Een salaris van €5.000-€7.000 bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werk...
