The posting

Als Business Controller draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over de groepsrapportering, de coördinatie van budgetten en forecasts, en de opvolging van de financiële resultaten op groepsniveau. Op basis van jouw doorgedreven analyses zorg je voor heldere, betrouwbare rapportages die het hoger management ondersteunt in haar strategische besluitvorming.

Daarnaast neem je een actieve rol op in uiteenlopende ad‑hoc projecten, met als doel de financiële processen op groepsniveau verder te optimaliseren en professionaliseren. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de Finance Project Manager en andere collega’s binnen het finance team.

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting (Handelsingenieur, (T)EW, Handelswetenschappen, etc.).
  • Je beschikt over ongeveer vier jaar ervaring binnen audit, aangevuld met ervaring in een interne financiële functie of een andere discipline zoals M&A, compliance of financial transformation.
  • Je bent ambitieus en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met sterke communicatie overheen de verschillende niveaus van een organisatie (inclusief C-level).
