Binnen Oostendorp geloven we dat goede beslissingen beginnen met betrouwbare data, uniforme processen en heldere stuurinformatie. Daarom breiden we ons team uit met een Business Controller die hier actief aan mee wil bouwen. Je eerste grote opdracht ligt binnen ons Kia Cluster. Daar help je mee aan de verdere integratie van Kia binnen Oostendorp. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen tussen onze vestigingen op dezelfde manier worden ingericht, systemen goed op elkaar aansluiten en managers kunnen sturen op betrouwbare informatie. Na afronding van deze opdracht blijf je onderdeel van het team Business & Project Control en werk je mee aan bredere verbeterprojecten binnen Oostendorp. Wat ga je doen Als Business Controller kijk je verder dan alleen de cijfers. Je wilt begrijpen waar informatie ontstaat, hoe processen in de praktijk werken en waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Je eerste periode richt je je vooral op het Kia Cluster. Je werkt nauw samen met de clusterdirecteur Kia, de vestigingsmanagers in Helmond, Venray en Venlo en collega's van onder andere Aftersales, Verkoop, Sales Support en Finance. Je duikt de organisatie in, brengt processen en data samen en helpt collega's om op een uniforme manier te werken. Zo zorg je ervoor dat managers kunnen vertrouwen op goede stuurinformatie en betere beslissingen kunnen nemen. Jouw belangrijkste taken - Begeleiden van de verdere integratie van Kia binnen Oostendorp; - Standaardiseren van werkprocessen tussen de vestigingen in Helmond, Venray en Venlo; - Sparringpartner zijn voor de clusterdirecteur Kia en de vestigingsmanagers; - Optimaliseren van het gebruik van WinCar en de aansluiting met AFAS; - ...
