Als Business Controller Strategisch Resource Management Als business controller bij Alliander ben jij de drijvende kracht achter ons streven naar efficiëntie en duurzaamheid. Je fungeert bij Strategisch Resource Management (SRM) als verbindende schakel tussen verschillende realisatieketens en asset- & product management, waardoor we optimaal de inzet van onze resources kunnen prioriteren en prognosticeren. Met jouw inzicht en expertise help je Alliander haar doelen te bereiken en draag je bij aan een groenere toekomst voor Nederland. Deze functie is voor minimaal 32 uur per week, met standplaats Arnhem. Jij maakt het net beter bij Alliander. De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als Business Controller In deze rol werk je midden in de strategische- en financiële sturing van de afdeling Strategisch Resource Management (SRM). Strategisch Resource Management (SRM) is cruciaal voor het realiseren van de energietransitie. Hier komen strategie, capaciteit en uitvoering samen. SRM zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materialen en aannemers op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je bent een gewaardeerde sparringpartner voor management en directie en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere inzichten en concrete handelingsperspectieven. Je brengt structuur in een omgeving waar capaciteit, prioritering en realisatie continu in beweging zijn. Daarbij maak jij het verschil door inzicht te creëren en richting te geven. Tegelijkertijd krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een rol met veel zichtbaarheid, inhoudelijke diepgang en strategische impact. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen en buiten SRM en draagt bij aan sterke besluitvorming én duurzame samenwerking. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen.
