Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Business Controller (m/v/x) om deel uit te maken van een stabiele Vlaamse investeringsgroep met een rijke geschiedenis en duidelijke toekomstvisie.

Het bedrijf is sterk gegroeid en actief binnen verschillende sectoren over de hele wereld.

Concreet ziet jouw rol al Business Controller (m/v/x) er als volgt uit:

  • Je analyseert de maandelijkse en kwartaalrapportering, geeft advies en doet actievoorstellen;
  • Je ondersteunt het financieel planningsproces;
  • Je levert real-time analyses en forecasts ter ondersteuning van beleidsbeslissingen;
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen het management en de afdelingen op het gebied van controlling;
  • Je adviseert en daagt afdelingshoofden uit met what-if analyses omtrent financiële gevolgen van hun keuzes;
  • Je volgt Product Cost Controlling, Price Management en Working Capital Management op;
  • Je geeft input bij financiële beslissingen op dagelijkse basis;
  • Je ontwikkelt op termijn een helicopterview en helpt bij het uitwerken van de financiële strategie;
  • Je leidt en voert financiële projecten uit.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, aangevuld met post-universitaire vorming is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in een internationaal georiënteerde organisatie;
  • Je hebt ervaring met groeistrategieën, waaronder acquisities, en investeringsscenario's gericht op rendabiliteit;
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van finance, accounting en het opzetten van rapportering;
  • Projectervaring in financiële thema's is noodzakelijk;
  • Je bent IT-vaardig, met diepgaande SAP-kennis;
  • Je hebt ervaring in directe rapportering aan CFO/CEO en het opstellen van strategieën;
  • Je combineert een helicopterview met detailgerichte analyses;
  • Je hebt doorgedreven kennis van operations, business en management en een goed begrip van lokale én internationale wetgeving;
  • Je bent een sterke communicator, overtuigend en discreet;
  • Professionaliteit, maturiteit en integratieskills typeren jou;
  • Je bent bereid zowel hands-on te werken als mee te denken op strategisch niveau.
