Daarom zoeken we een Business Controller die zorgt voor grip op de cijfers én bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van onze organisatie. In deze rol combineer je financiële administratie, control en procesverbetering. Je creëert overzicht, signaleert kansen en vertaalt financiële informatie naar inzichten waarop we kunnen sturen. Zo lever je een directe bijdrage aan gezonde groei en betere besluitvorming binnen de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie én draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van finance en business control binnen onze organisatie. - Verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie van meerdere BV's; - Verzorgen van maandafsluitingen en periodieke rapportages; - Bewaken van BTW-, ICP- en overige fiscale verplichtingen; - Controleren van projectadministratie, budgetten en onderhanden werk; - Signaleren van afwijkingen in projectresultaten, marges en liquiditeit; - Opstellen van liquiditeitsprognoses en managementinformatie; - Onderhouden van contact met de externe accountant; - Verbeteren van administratieve processen, interne controles en rapportages; - Aanjagen en meedenken over automatisering, koppelingen, data-analyse en AI-toepassingen binnen finance en het bureau.
