Graag komen wij in gesprek met geïnteresseerden voor de functie van Business Controller (32-40 uur) Functie Als Business Controller ben jij dé verbindende schakel tussen Finance, commercie, operations, BI, ICT en het management. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers en wilt vooral begrijpen wat erachter zit. Waar ontstaan kansen? Welke processen kunnen slimmer? En hoe zorgen we ervoor dat de organisatie betere beslissingen neemt? In deze veelzijdige rol krijg je volop ruimte om jouw analytische talent te combineren met een flinke dosis nieuwsgierigheid en ondernemerschap. Wat ga je doen? - Je verbetert de aansluiting tussen operationele en financiële cijfers en zorgt dat de organisatie beschikt over betrouwbare stuurinformatie. - Je analyseert operationele en financiële prestaties, zoals marges, voorraadstromen, geld- en goederenbewegingen en procesresultaten. - Je brengt de informatiebehoeften van verschillende afdelingen in kaart en vertaalt deze samen met BI & Analytics naar bruikbare inzichten en rapportages. - Je ondersteunt bij budgetten, forecasts en businesscases en helpt het management om onderbouwde keuzes te maken. - Je draagt bij aan een sterke interne beheersing door controles, processen en datakwaliteit kritisch te beoordelen en waar nodig te verbeteren. - Je controleert de naleving van interne beheersingsmaatregelen en signaleert mogelijke risico's. - Je bent een stevige sparringpartner voor ma...
