Voor de locatie Volendam zoeken wij een enthousiaste Business Controller (40 uur per week). Wat ga je doen Als Business Controller ben je de financiële businesspartner voor productie, sales en supply chain. Je analyseert kostprijzen, marges, rendementen en operationele prestaties en vertaalt deze naar heldere inzichten en concrete adviezen. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan betere besluitvorming, procesoptimalisatie en verdere groei van de organisatie. Je beweegt je dagelijks tussen finance en operatie en weet complexe data om te zetten in stuurinformatie die daadwerkelijk wordt gebruikt. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van rapportages, dashboards, systemen en datakwaliteit. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de Junior Business Controller en rapporteer je aan de Business Control Manager. Werkzaamheden: - Analyseren van kostprijzen, materiaalverbruik en productie-efficiëntie. - Monitoren van marges op product-, klant- en marktniveau. - Signaleren, analyseren en verklaren van afwijkingen in kosten, rendementen en volumes. - Vertalen van financiële en operationele data naar concrete inzichten voor productie, sales en supply chain. - Ondersteunen bij het bepalen en actualiseren van standaarden, kostprijze...
