Financieel Management en rapportering

  • Opbouwen en ondersteunen van een effectief controlesysteem om financiële informatie en operationele gegevens te beveiligen
  • Opbouwen van en assisteren bij budgetterings- en managementrapportageprocessen, waaronder jaarlijkse begrotingen, prognoses, variantieanalyses en bedrijfsplannen, en zorgen voor afstemming met de organisatiedoelstellingen
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarverslagen

Boekhouding en maandafsluiting

  • Ondersteuning bieden bij de implementatie van relevante boekhoudkundige beleidsregels, processen en controles
  • Opstellen van relevante KPI's in samenwerking met het hoofd van de afdeling in Lommel
  • Deelnemen aan de maandafsluitingsprocessen, inclusief handmatige journaalposten, overlopende posten, enz
  • Controles instellen voor actief voorraad- en materiaalbeheer in het ERP-systeem
  • Gedegen kennis van stromen in een ERP-omgeving en deze zo lean en geautomatiseerd mogelijk maken in samenwerking met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke

Reporting & controlling

  • Verstrekken van managementinformatie met betrekking tot oninbare vorderingen
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen van managementrapportages en de maandelijkse bedrijfsbeoordeling
  • Ondersteunen van het financiële team bij ad-hoc taken en projecten indien nodig
  • Ondersteuning bieden tijdens audits door de nodige documentatie voor te bereiden en vragen van auditors te beantwoorden in samenwerking met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke
  • Bijhouden van relevante financiële gegevens in een BI-tool en het consolideren van de resultaten voor de maandelijkse bedrijfsbeoordeling
  • Opzetten van nieuwe controles in samenwerking met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke
  • Opvolgen van prijsontwikkelingen in samenwerking met de inkoopafdeling
  • Afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in een relevant vakgebied.
  • Kennis van maandafsluitingsprocessen en bekendheid met auditprocedures en -vereisten.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving en vaardigheid in ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP), BI-tools zoals Power BI en andere productiegerelateerde softwareoplossingen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit om uitdagingen snel en efficiënt aan te pakken.
  • Overtuigend en soepel in het opbouwen van relaties met verschillende belanghebbenden en klanten.
  • Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van communicatie (mondeling en schriftelijk Nederlands en Engels), timemanagement, analytisch en probleemoplossend denken.
  • Weet hoe om te gaan met verandering. De locatie is in opstartfase en verandert voortdurend.
  • Vermogen om binnen strikte deadlines te werken en zich aan te passen aan meerdere taken en prioriteiten.
