The posting

In deze rol als Business Controller sta jij centraal in de financiële besluitvorming van een gediversifieerde bedrijvengroep. Je vertaalt complexe data naar heldere inzichten voor het management en combineert Business Control, Audit-ervaring en Data Analytics in één functie. Je bent nauw betrokken bij budgeting, forecasting en kostprijsberekeningen en werkt tegelijk aan de automatisering en standaardisering van boekhoud- en rapportageprocessen. Zo bouw je mee aan efficiënte interne controles en stuur je mee de strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Jij zit dicht bij de P&L, de KPI-analyses en de projecten die de toekomst van de groep bepalen.

  • Werken aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en zorgen voor correcte financiële consolidatie en rapportering.
  • Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor het management voor P&L analysis, KPI analysis, variance analysis en strategische cijferanalyses.
  • Opstellen van managementrapportages, budgetten en forecasts op bedrijfs- en divisieniveau, inclusief opvolging en bijsturing.
  • Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van financiële processen, interne controls, kostprijsberekeningen en vergelijkingen met werkelijke cijfers, ook in het kader van overnameprocessen en financial due diligence.
  • Automatiseren, standaardiseren en consolideren van boekhoudprocessen en periodieke financiële rapportages om efficiëntie, nauwkeurigheid en consistentie te verhogen.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische richting en hebt 5 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring in audit of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als Business Controller of Financieel Controller binnen een productieomgeving (nice-to-have).
  • Je combineert een analytische en pragmatische aanpak met een uitgesproken can-do mentaliteit en werkt resultaatgericht en proactief.
  • Je communiceert helder en assertief, kunt standpunten onderbouwen, werkt nauwkeurig met oog voor detail en behoudt tegelijk overzicht.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, werkt vlot zelfstandig én in team en ziet af en toe een verplaatsing naar het buitenland als een meerwaarde (nice-to-have).
