The posting

Dans un environnement international en pleine croissance, actif dans le secteur de la santé et du bien‑être, le Business Controller – Expansion & Investments joue un rôle central dans l’analyse financière et le pilotage des projets d’expansion et d’investissement. Cette fonction stratégique contribue directement à la création de valeur, à l’allocation optimale du capital et à la prise de décision au sein du Groupe. En tant que Business Controller – Expansion & Investments, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Expansion, Opérations et les équipes locales pour soutenir le développement en Belgique et à l’international.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Construire des Business Plans à cinq ans pour chaque projet d’ouverture de magasin en collaboration avec l’équipe Expansion.
  • Analyser les principaux drivers économiques : chiffre d’affaires, marge, coûts opérationnels, EBITDA, investissements initiaux et cash‑flow.
  • Évaluer la rentabilité attendue des projets et assurer le suivi des Business Plans après ouverture.
  • Participer à la construction des Business Plans liés aux projets d’expansion internationale.
  • Élaborer des scénarios financiers pour évaluer les opportunités de développement sur de nouveaux marchés.
  • Analyser les impacts financiers des différentes options d’expansion et contribuer aux décisions stratégiques.
  • Harmoniser les méthodologies de Business Planning au niveau Groupe.
  • Mettre en place un processus structuré de Business Plan et de suivi de performance pour les projets d’investissement.
  • Construire et challenger les business cases des investissements significatifs.
  • Assurer le suivi Budget / Forecast / Actuals des projets d’investissement.
  • Piloter la construction de l’enveloppe CAPEX Groupe et en assurer le suivi.
  • Cinq à huit ans d’expérience en Business Controlling, FP&A, Investment Controlling, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance ou Financial Planning.
  • Expérience dans la construction de Business Plans et business cases, idéalement dans un environnement retail, distribution ou multi‑sites.
  • Excellente maîtrise du P&L, du cash‑flow, de l’EBITDA, du CAPEX et des indicateurs de rentabilité.
  • Solides capacités analytiques et financières.
  • Capacité à challenger les hypothèses business et à comprendre les drivers opérationnels.
  • Orientation résultats et forte sensibilité business.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets multidisciplinaires et internationaux.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à présenter des analyses financières à des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et intérêt pour les outils de data visualisation.
