In deze rol ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor verschillende afdelingen en help je de organisatie om op basis van financiële inzichten betere keuzes te maken. Je komt terecht in een Finance team van vijf professionals en werkt direct samen met de Director Controlling en Manager Finance. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent sparringpartner voor managers en stakeholders. - Je houdt je bezig met budgeting, forecasting en financiële planning. - Je maakt managementrapportages en financiële analyses. - Je analyseert afwijkingen en signaleert risico's en kansen. - Je ondersteunt bij business cases en financiële modellen. - Je vertaalt financiële data naar duidelijke inzichten. - Je verbetert financiële en operationele processen. - Je werkt mee aan verschillende projecten en verbeterinitiatieven. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde master in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Business Controller, FP&A Specialist of binnen Management Reporting. - Ervaring met budgeting en forecasting. - Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt cijfers vertalen naar de business. - Je hebt goede kennis van Excel. - Je hebt ervaring met Power BI en het maken van dashboards. - Kennis van Exact Globe en Lucanet is een pré. - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels. - Je bent hands-on, zelfstandig en proactief.
