Wat ga je doen? - Bewaken van budgetten, marges en resultaten van onze producties - Voor- en nacalculaties maken, forecasts en financiële analyses - Ontwikkelen van directierapportages en dashboards - Beoordelen van nieuwe producties en businesscases op haalbaarheid en rendement - Adviseren van de directie over prijsstelling, investeringen, capaciteit en groeikansen - Verbeteren van bedrijfsmatige financiële processen en systemen - Fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen productie, finance en directie - Bewaken van de aansluiting tussen projectresultaten, bedrijfsresultaat en jaarbegroting - Helpen bij het analyseren van overheadkosten en het toerekenen daarvan aan producties - Input geven voor het opstellen van de jaarlijkse bedrijfsbegroting Rapportagelijn De Business Controller Producties rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en werkt nauw samen met de Media Directeur, finance manager, boekhouding, producers en productieleiders.
