Als Corporate & Workforce Finance Business Partner Officer ben je een vertrouwde finance partner voor stakeholders binnen HR, Finance, Strategy en Legal. Je vertaalt financiële en operationele data naar heldere inzichten, overtuigende verhalen en concrete acties. Je rapporteert niet alleen de cijfers: je legt uit wat er gebeurt, waarom het belangrijk is en wat de volgende stap moet zijn. Je bent nieuwsgierig, ambitieus en durft aannames in vraag te stellen wanneer dat nodig is.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Als business partner samenwerken rond het beheer van OPEX en workforce costs
  • Forecasting, budgettering en maandelijkse performance reviews binnen jouw scope aansturen
  • KPI’s en cost drivers vertalen naar heldere verhalen, beslissingen en acties
  • Aannames constructief challengen en bijdragen aan continue verbetering

De kandidaat rapporteert aan de Technology & Corporate Finance Business Partnering Director en werkt nauw samen met de andere (Senior) Finance Business Partners.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als Finance Business Partner Officer

  • Financiële en operationele prestaties analyseren, de belangrijkste drivers verklaren en opportuniteiten en risico’s identificeren
  • Forecasts, budgetten, businesscases en scenarioanalyses voorbereiden die de besluitvorming ondersteunen
  • KPI’s en cost drivers verbinden met financiële prestaties en businessprioriteiten
  • Stakeholders betrekken met beknopte, doelgroepgerichte storytelling en duidelijke aanbevelingen
  • De juiste vragen stellen, de status quo challengen en afgesproken acties opvolgen
  • OPEX, workforce costs en het efficiënte gebruik van middelen binnen jouw scope monitoren
  • Bijdragen aan processtandaardisatie en continue verbetering ondersteunen op het vlak van rapportering, forecasting, datakwaliteit, governance en manieren van werken
  • Optreden als betrouwbare finance partner en sterke relaties opbouwen met stakeholders

Onze ideale kandidaat beschikt over…

  • Een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, Bedrijfskunde of een aanverwant domein.
  • 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring in business controlling, FP&A, audit, consulting of een andere analytische financefunctie.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en businessnieuwsgierigheid, met het vermogen om financiële prestaties te verbinden met operationele drivers.
  • Sterke Excel- en financiële modelleringsvaardigheden.
  • Het zelfvertrouwen om stakeholders constructief te challengen en te beïnvloeden met feiten en inzichten.
  • Sterke communicatie- en storytellingvaardigheden, met het vermogen om complexiteit om te zetten in een duidelijke boodschap en call to action.
  • Ambitie, learning agility en een growth mindset: je zoekt actief feedback en streeft naar een bredere impact.
  • Een positieve change mindset, hands-on mentaliteit en veerkracht in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Professionele kennis van het Engels; Nederlands en Frans zijn een plus.
