  • Actief opsporen van nieuwe bouwopportuniteiten en het identificeren van verkoopkansen in een vroeg stadium.
  • Onderhouden van duurzame en frequente contacten met diverse partners zoals aannemers, studiebureaus, architecten, investeerders, leveranciers, onderaannemers, vaste klanten en ambassadeurs van het bedrijf.
  • Efficiënt en gestructureerd gebruikmaken van het CRM-systeem en digitale tools ter ondersteuning van het volledige salesproces.
  • Fungeren als hét commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Samen met de klant, diens adviseurs en interne diensten meedenken over de haalbaarheid, technische uitwerking, planning en budget van bouwprojecten.
  • Analyseren van plannen en lastenboeken, en in nauwe samenwerking met engineering en calculatie het dossier grondig voorbereiden en uitwerken, met aandacht voor optimalisaties, varianten en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • De finale oplossing — inclusief prijsofferte, planning en technische onderbouwing — helder, overtuigend en professioneel presenteren en verdedigen bij de klant.
  • We zijn op zoek naar een bouwkundig ingenieur met een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent een ervaren professional binnen de bouwsector, met een achtergrond in industriebouw, projectontwikkeling of technische sales, en combineert dit met commerciële flair en technische expertise.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in het analyseren en grondig bestuderen van plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en vergunningstrajecten.
  • Het leggen van nieuwe contacten, actief prospecteren en het succesvol afronden van deals geven je energie. Je werkt daarbij zelfstandig, doelgericht en met een sterke focus op resultaat.
