The posting

Staff-IT en Hire-IT draaien op hetzelfde model, maar met een ander doel.

Staff-IT is een AI-gedreven platform voor freelance IT-profielen: freelancers en bedrijven sneller en transparanter aan elkaar koppelen dan de klassieke bureaus, tegen een marge van gemiddeld 8% in plaats van de gangbare 15 à 25%. De laatste twee jaar groeiden we met meer dan 100% year-on-year.

Hire-IT is dezelfde motor, maar dan voor vaste aanwervingen. Technisch staat alles er: AI-matching, geautomatiseerde vacature-import, kandidaatopvolging die vanzelf loopt. Wat ontbreekt, is iemand die de telefoon pakt en klanten gaat benaderen.

Daarom zoeken we één iemand. Niet om een bestaande stoel op te vullen, wel om de commerciële kant van twee merken uit te bouwen. De rol is business-first: jij bouwt de pijplijn en het klantenportfolio. Recruitment draag je af en toe mee, het is geen dagtaak. Je krijgt geen uitgestippeld pad. Je krijgt een werkend platform, twee merken met een verhaal, en de vrijheid om te bepalen welke deuren je intrapt.

Wat je doet:

- Bedrijven bellen. Koud, lauw of warm, je vindt het vooral leuk om iemand aan de lijn te krijgen en een business uit te bouwen.

- Hire-IT en Staff-IT introduceren bij nieuwe klanten en die relaties warm houden.

- Je eigen klantenportfolio uitbouwen en opvolgen.

- Mails beantwoorden en opvolgen, en je CRM op orde houden.

- Sales en marketing automatiseren: opvolgflows, sequenties, rapportering. Wat je twee keer doet, zetten we om in een flow.

- Af en toe mee schakelen op recruitment, een vacature intaken of een kandidaat spreken, als steun voor het team en niet als hoofdtaak.

Wat we verwachten:

- Een juiste mindset, leerambitie, interesse in het gebruik van AI (Claude) en automatisatie.

- Bonus: een bachelor of master.

- Je krijgt energie van resultaat, niet van een procedure. Direct, ongeduldig op de goede manier, en je houdt van winnen.

- Je pakt de telefoon zonder er een halve dag over na te denken.

- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands én Engels.

- Affiniteit met AI. Wij zijn zelf stevige gebruikers van Claude voor het verwerken van vacatures, mails en meer. Je hoeft geen prompt engineer te zijn, je moet het leuk vinden.

- Al ervaring in sales? Mooi meegenomen.

- Nog geen ervaring, wel honger? Even goed. Onze vorige starter sloeg aan, dus we weten dat die weg werkt.

- Interesse in IT en in wat er beweegt op die arbeidsmarkt.

- Je bent 2 à 3 dagen per week aanwezig in Wetteren. Rijbewijs B is vereist.
