Onze partner ontzorgt, met een uitgebreid assortiment van duizenden referenties en een sterke logistieke ondersteuning, hun klanten van A tot Z: van technisch advies en projectstudie tot levering en ondersteuning op de werkvloer. Voor de verdere uitbouw van hun residentiële activiteiten zoeken ze een External Sales Advisor die zich richt op de regio Pelt. Een uitdagende omgeving waar technische kennis, commerciële slagkracht en terreinervaring samenkomen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Business Developer ben jij het gezicht van de organisatie binnen de regio Kempen. Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit en weet opportuniteiten te detecteren en te verzilveren binnen een complexe en technisch gedreven omgeving.

  • Actief ontwikkelen van de regio Pelt (Limburg / Kempen).
  • Identificeren en benaderen van klanten en projecten.
  • Opbouwen van lange termijnrelaties met klanten (installateurs, aannemers, KMO's, zelfstandigen,...)
  • Fungeren als strategische partner voor jouw klanten.
  • Maximaliseren van omzet en marge binnen jouw portefeuille.
  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar oplossingen binnen elektrotechnische toepassingen.
  • Voorstellen van innovatieve producten en energie-efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Actief inzetten op cross-selling en upselling.
  • Beheren van het volledige commerciële traject: van eerste contact tot closing.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne sales en technische specialisten.
  • Actief aanwezig zijn in de havenomgeving en sector.
  • Deelnemen aan events, opleidingen en klantmomenten.

Wie zoeken wij:

  • Minstens 2–5 jaar ervaring in een B2B salesfunctie
  • Affiniteit met elektrotechniek, automatisatie of HVAC installaties
  • Sterk commercieel instinct en bewezen closing skills
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om complexe oplossingen te vertalen naar klantwaarde
  • Zelfstandig, ondernemend en resultaatgericht
  • Sterke relationele en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht
  • Hands-on en no-nonsense mentaliteit
  • Vertrouwen uitstralen en geloofwaardig advies geven
  • Proactief en gedreven om targets te behalen
  • Woonachtig in regio Pelt
  • Talen: Nederlands: zeer goed, Frans: goede basis is een plus
