Bij Froot zijn we niet op zoek naar een traditionele accountmanager die wacht op leads. Wij zoeken een Business Development Manager die zelf kansen creëert, deuren opent en ambassadeurs maakt van tevreden klanten. Over Froot Froot levert dagelijks vers fruit op de werkplek bij honderden bedrijven in heel Nederland. Vanuit onze vestigingen in Alphen aan den Rijn en Helmond werken ruim 160 collega's iedere dag aan één doel: organisaties gezonder maken met een betrouwbare en persoonlijke dienstverlening. We groeien hard en willen de komende jaren verder versnellen. Daarom zoeken we een commerciële ondernemer die samen met ons de volgende stap zet. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van nieuwe omzet. Je krijgt ondersteuning vanuit marketing en onze commerciële binnendienst, maar jouw grootste succes komt uit je eigen commerciële activiteiten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten; - Telefonische en persoonlijke acquisitie; - Opbouwen van een eigen netwerk; - Bezoeken van prospects; - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Creëren van ambassadeurs binnen bestaande klanten; - Genereren van referrals; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen; - Ontwikkelen van nieuwe commerciële initiatieven; - Samenwerken met marketing, binnendienst en relatiebeheer. Wat maakt deze functie uniek? Je ontvangt ongeveer 20 warme leads per maand. De echte uitdaging zit echter in het zelf creëren van nieuwe kansen.
