Bij Aethon werk je aan innovatieve oplossingen voor maatschappelijke uitdagingen. Bouw met ons aan technologie, groei en een toekomst waarin mensen centraal staan. Wil jij bouwen aan een dienstverlening die nog volop in ontwikkeling is en waarmee je écht iets toevoegt aan de arbeidsmarkt? Voor onze traineeships binnen het fysieke domein zoeken we een ervaren Business Development Manager die de gemeentelijke markt kent, makkelijk nieuwe contacten legt en vooral heel veel zin heeft om te bouwen. We zijn inmiddels ruim een jaar actief binnen het fysieke domein. De eerste successen zijn geboekt, onze trainees zijn aan het werk en we weten dat onze aanpak werkt. Maar een gespreid bedje? Dat is het zeker niet. Er ligt nog een enorme markt voor ons open. En juist dat moet je leuk vinden. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om die markt op jouw manier te benaderen, kansen te creëren en onze dienstverlening verder uit te bouwen. Wat ga je doen? Jouw belangrijkste opdracht is in eerste instantie helder: zorgen dat meer gemeenten ons en onze traineeships leren kennen én voor ons kiezen. Je bent veel onderweg en zit aan tafel bij nieuwe en bestaande relaties. Je vertelt ons verhaal aan de mensen die binnen gemeenten verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitdagingen in het fysieke domein. Je begrijpt hoe een gemeente werkt, weet hoe besluitvorming binnen de overheid verloopt en kunt goed schakelen met bijvoorbeeld teamleiders, afdelingshoofden en HR. Samen met een andere Business Development Manager ben je commercieel verantwoordelijk voor de verdere groei van deze dienstverlening. Daaromheen staat een team dat ervoor zorgt dat jij je kunt richten op waar jij goed in bent. Onze recruiter werft de nieuwe trainees en onze talentmanager begeleidt hen tijdens het traineeship.
