Als Business Development Manager speel je een sleutelrol in onze verdere groei.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn de volgende.

  • Je breidt het klantenbestand uit door actieve benadering en prospectie van de markt waarbij je onze duurzame oplossingen gaat promoten en voorstellen.
  • Je beheert de volledig sales cyclus, van prospectie en offertes bezorgen tot onderhandelingen, orderverwerking en aftersales/follow-up.
  • Je fungeert als 'compagnon de route' voor uw klant en levert technische en administratieve ondersteuning gedurende het ganse traject. Klachten behandeling hoort daar dus ook bij.
  • Je ontwikkelt strategische ideeën voor marktuitbreiding.
  • Je bent zeker 75% van de tijd onderweg en bezig met het bezoeken van potentieel nieuwe klanten.
  • Je weet ons te overtuigen met een Bachelor Diploma richting Bedrijfsmanagement of vergelijkbaar, met daarnaast relevante ervaring (minstens 3j.) en bewezen track record in de verkoop.
  • De Nederlandse en Franse taal hebben voor u geen geheimen, ook kan je een aardig mondje Engels praten.
  • Je hebt de gave om op strategisch niveau te denken en beschikt over de nodige besluitvaardigheid.
  • Een "Customer First" - mentaliteit is uiterst noodzakelijk.
  • Drive is jouw tweede naam, je bent gepassioneerd in het behalen van resultaten.
