Du bist der strategische Denker im Hintergrund, der Strukturen entwickelt, optimiert und skaliert.

Dein Ziel: Ein System schaffen, in dem alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren - ohne ständige Kontrolle, ohne Umwege, ohne Zeitverlust.

Kein Rampenlicht, keine Show - nur klare, durchdachte Lösungen, die messbar funktionieren.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Bestehende Unternehmensprozesse analysieren, optimieren und automatisieren

* Tools, Systeme und Workflows auswählen, implementieren und dokumentieren

* Schnittstellen zwischen Abteilungen schaffen und optimieren

* API-Schnittstellen anbinden und einfache Skripte/Automatisierungen programmieren

* KPIs und Dashboards entwickeln, um Fortschritte messbar zu machen

* Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung steuern

* Sicherstellen, dass alle Prozesse langfristig skalierbar bleiben

* Basic Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. JavaScript, Python, SQL oder vergleichbare Sprachen)

* Erfahrung mit API-Integrationen und Automatisierungs-Tools (z. B. Zapier, Make, n8n)

* Strukturierte, detailorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicher im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Projektmanagement-Tools

* Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenständigkeit und Diskretion

* Freude daran, im Hintergrund Ergebnisse zu schaffen, die messbar Wirkung zeigen
