Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van onze commerciële activiteiten. Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten, legt contacten met potentiële klanten en bouwt duurzame partnerships uit. Concreet:

  • Nieuwe klanten identificeren en actief prospecteren
  • Klantenbezoeken inplannen en relaties uitbouwen
  • Behoeften en uitdagingen van organisaties analyseren
  • Klanten adviseren rond onze recruitmentoplossingen
  • Commerciële voorstellen uitwerken en onderhandelingen voeren
  • Nieuwe opdrachten binnen halen
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Accountmanagers, die instaan voor de invulling van de vacatures

Je bent de commerciële motor achter de verdere groei van Sales Talents, regio Antwerpen en Limburg. Daarnaast:

  • Heb je minstens 5 jaar commerciële ervaring, idealiter binnen recruitment, staffing of HR-dienstverlening
  • Ben je een sterke netwerker die vlot relaties opbouwt
  • Werk je zelfstandig en ondernemend
  • Beschik je over overtuigingskracht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Ben je resultaatgericht zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen
  • Krijg je energie van het binnenhalen van nieuwe business
  • Je woonachtig bent in de te bewerken regio (Antwerpen, Limburg)
