Die mensen, organisatie en strategie verbindt en de ambitie heeft om iets blijvends te bouwen. En dat maakt deze rol zo bijzonder.

Amsterdam staat voor complexe arbeidsmarktvraagstukken. Als Business Director Gemeente Amsterdam geef je richting aan een strategisch partnership dat maatschappelijke opgaven vertaalt naar concrete arbeidsmarktoplossingen.

Strategisch leiderschap

- Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de relatie met de Gemeente Amsterdam, ontwikkelt de meerjarige groeistrategie en bereidt de aanbesteding van 2029 voor. - Je positioneert Olympia binnen de gemeentelijke netwerken en bent strategisch gesprekspartner voor directie, bestuur en externe partners.

Commerciële ontwikkeling

- Je vergroot de dienstverlening, ontwikkelt nieuwe proposities rondom arbeidsmarkt en HR en realiseert duurzame omzet- en rendementsontwikkeling. - Je benut kansen op het gebied van social return, participatie, ontwikkeling en maatschappelijke projecten.

Bedrijfsvoering

- Je draagt P&L-verantwoordelijkheid en stuurt op kwaliteit, rendement, klanttevredenheid en compliance. - Je bewaakt contractafspraken, KPI’s en SLA’s en zorgt continu voor verbetering van processen en prestaties.

Je bent een ervaren leider die gemakkelijk beweegt tussen operatie en directieniveau en weet complexe belangen te vertalen naar duidelijke keuzes en resultaat.
