Voor een bedrijf gelegen in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een Business en Data Analist.

Business analyse & procesoptimalisatie

  • Identificeren van verbeterkansen op vlak van efficiëntie, kosten, opbrengsten en klanttevredenheid, van verschillende bedrijfs- en logistieke processen in onze organisatie.
  • Vaststellen van business requirements en vertalen naar functionele specificaties

Data analyse & rapportering

  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van data-analysetools, dashboards en rapporten
  • Uitvoeren van diepgaande analyses om trends, patronen en risico’s te identificeren
  • Ondersteunen van management bij besluitvorming via KPI’s, rapportages en scenario-analyses
  • Verantwoordelijk voor grote dataprojecten, qua upload, datakwaliteit, uniformisatie

Stakeholder management

  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt met betrekking tot business analyses tussen operations, sales, finance en IT
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om inzichten te vertalen naar concrete acties

Datakwaliteit & governance

  • Waarborgen van de nauwkeurigheid, consistentie en integriteit van data
  • Actief bijdragen aan een data gedreven cultuur binnen de organisatie
  • Rollenbeheer in de organisatie met betrekking tot data.

Opleiding en ervaring

  • Opleiding/Denkniveau : Master
  • Ervaring met procesmodellering (bijv. BPMN), ERP/WMS/TMS-systemen en business intelligence tools
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen complexe vraagstukken helder te vertalen, die resulteren in een betere winstgevendheid van de organisatie
  • Taalkennis Nederlands : Vloeiend spreken , lezen en schrijven
  • Taalkennis Frans – Engels : Professionele vaardigheid
  • Ms-office : Gevorderde Kennis
  • AI: implementeert AI-oplossingen zelfstandig, herkent toepassingsmogelijkheden en begeleidt collega’s bij het gebruik van AI
  • Aantal jaren werkervaring : 5
