Voor een financieel gezonde en sterk groeiende projectorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Business/Financial Controller die mee vorm wil geven aan de financiële structuur en toekomst van het bedrijf.

Het gaat om een nieuwe rol binnen de organisatie, wat betekent: vertrouwen, impact en de ruimte om processen, inzichten en structuren mee uit te tekenen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Financial Controller fungeer je als financieel sparringpartner van het management. Je combineert strategisch en analytisch denken met een sterke operationele betrokkenheid.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • De financiële opvolging van projecten, inclusief budgetten, rendabiliteit, forecasts en cashflow
  • Het opstellen en onderhouden van managementrapportering en dashboards
  • Het vertalen van cijfers naar heldere inzichten en aanbevelingen voor het management
  • Actief meedenken rond investeringsbeslissingen, financiële structuren en scenario-analyses
  • Het optimaliseren en verder automatiseren van financiële processen en rapportering

Daarnaast neem je ook een aantal boekhoudkundige verantwoordelijkheden op:

  • Maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opstellen en indienen van btw-aangiftes
  • Voorbereiding van de jaarrekening in samenwerking met externe partners
  • Nauwe samenwerking met een hulpboekhouder
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting
  • Je hebt 3 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling, finance of accounting
  • Je voelt je thuis op het snijvlak van strategie en uitvoering
  • Je bent sterk in Excel; ervaring met ERP- en BI-tools is een plus
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt vooruit en neemt initiatief
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is mooi meegenomen

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan een financieel onderlegd en toegankelijk management, waardoor beslissingen efficiënt en doelgericht genomen worden.
