Ben jij een ervaren projectmanager met een passie voor logistiek en procesoptimalisatie? In deze rol krijg je de kans om een sleutelpositie in te nemen binnen een dynamische organisatie actief in de havenomgeving van Antwerpen. Je speelt een centrale rol in het vertalen van commerciële opportuniteiten naar efficiënte operationele processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Business Integration Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol integreren van nieuwe klanten en projecten binnen de organisatie. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Coördineren en implementeren van nieuwe klantprojecten binnen de operationele werking
  • Vertalen van commerciële afspraken naar duidelijke processen, work-flows en procedures
  • Proactief analyseren van de impact van nieuwe projecten op bestaande operaties en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Beheren van meerdere, afdeling overschrijdende projecten en het bewaken van timing, kwaliteit en budget
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen verschillende interne teams en zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking
  • Adviseren van stakeholders op basis van jouw expertise en inzicht in klantendossiers
  • Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening
  • Opstellen van analyses en rapporteringen voor zowel interne stakeholders als klanten
  • Aansturen en motiveren van teams met focus op samenwerking, efficiëntie en resultaat

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het managementteam.

Wij zoeken een analytisch sterke en ondernemende professional met een uitgesproken talent voor organisatie en coördinatie.

  • Master- of bacheloropleiding binnen een economische, logistieke of gelijkaardige richting
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek of warehouse management
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement en change management
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van teams (people management)
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en het behouden van overzicht in complexe situaties
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders te verbinden
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels
  • Resultaatgericht en hands-on ingesteld
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • Teamspeler met leiderschapskwaliteiten
