Für unsere Direktion Hochbau Nord/Ost suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser kaufmännisches Controlling aufbaut, weiterentwickelt und aktiv mitgestaltet. In dieser Position verbindest du wirtschaftliches und projektbezogenes Controlling mit Datenanalyse, Strategie und Digitalisierung.

Was für uns zählt * Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung * Sehr gutes kaufmännisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis; Erfahrung im Controlling, Finance oder Projektcontrolling von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte Zahlen- und Datenaffinität sowie analytisches Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge * Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Datenanalyse und automatisiertem Reporting; Kenntnisse in IBM i / AS400 bzw. vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Gestaltungswillen und Eigeninitiative * Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit kaufmännischen und technischen Kolleg * Beharrlichkeit und Durchhaltevermögen, um neue Strukturen und Lösungen konsequent voranzutreiben und nachhaltig zu etablieren

Ihr Beitrag bei uns * Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des kaufmännischen Controllings für die gesamte Direktion * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Controlling, um kaufmännische und technische Informationen zu einem ganzheitlichen Projektbild zusammenzuführen * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines projektbezogenen Controllings sowie Analyse der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung unserer Hochbauprojekte * Analyse von Leistung, Kosten, Ergebnis, Cashflow sowie Chancen und Risiken auf Projekt- und Direktionsebene * Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Kostenrechnung und den Quartalsvorschauen sowie Analyse und Plausibilisierung wesentlicher Entwicklungen und Abweichungen * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines aussagekräftigen Management- und Projekt-Reportings * Entwicklung und Monitoring von wirtschaftlichen, projektbezogenen und strategischen KPIs * Aufbau eines Strategiecontrollings zur Messung und Nachverfolgung unserer strategischen Ziele und Maßnahmen * Zusammenführung, Strukturierung und Analyse von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Systemen und Datenquellen * Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Datenqualität, Datenstruktur und Transparenz * Erkennen von Zusammenhängen zwischen kaufmännischen, technischen und projektbezogenen Daten sowie Ableitung konkreter Steuerungsimpulse und Handlungsempfehlungen * Entwicklung digitaler Auswertungen und Dashboards sowie Automatisierung wiederkehrender Controlling- und Reportingprozesse * Unterstützung der Bereichs- und Direktionsleitung bei wirtschaftlichen Analysen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Sonderauswertungen
